1. What is RIDE?
RIDE is a school shuttle service designed to provide safe, reliable, and convenient transportation for students of AdZU Tumaga Campus. It is fully compliant with LTFRB regulations and is equipped with technology to notify parents of pick-ups and drop-offs.
2. How do I express interest in the service?
Parents can fill out the Customer Interest Profile Form, which helps us assess demand. This is not a sign-up or reservation form yet.
3. How will I know my child has been picked up or dropped off?
Our smart system notifies parents in real time when students are picked up and dropped off at designated locations. The system alerts parents five times a day: when the shuttle is on its way to pick up the child, when the child has boarded the shuttle for school, when the child has arrived in school, when the child has boarded the shuttle for home, and when the child has arrived at the designated drop-off point at home.
4. What other features does the shuttle have?
The service features air conditioned rides, individual seat belts, professional licensed drivers, an alert siren for emergencies, and brand-new units for maximum safety and comfort.
5. What safety measures are in place?
RIDE follows strict safety protocols, including well-maintained vehicles, trained and licensed drivers, and compliance with LTFRB standards.
6. Where are the pick-up and drop-off points?
Designated pick-up and drop-off points will be determined based on demand and efficiency. Details will be provided before official registration.
7. How much will the shuttle service cost?
The fare structure is still being finalized and will be communicated once official registration opens.
8. When will the shuttle service start?
The RIDE Shuttle Service will start during School Year 2025-2026.
9. Is there an official registration process?
Yes, after assessing interest, we will announce the official registration process, including requirements and payment details.
